Additional Setup & Pack-Down Fees
For some corporate events, weddings and larger functions, venues require suppliers to complete setup and pack-down during specific bump-in and bump-out times.
We understand how important it is to have everything fully set up before guests arrive and to avoid equipment being packed down while your event is still underway. Our team is happy to work around your venue’s required access times.
Where the required bump-in or bump-out times fall significantly outside the booked hire period, an additional setup, pack-down or waiting fee may apply. Any additional charges will always be discussed and confirmed with you in advance.
Travel & Delivery
Travel within 50km of Canberra to your venue is included at no additional charge. For bookings located more than 50km from Canberra, additional travel charges may apply. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed and confirmed with you before your booking is finalised.
