For some corporate events, weddings and larger functions, venues require suppliers to complete setup and pack-down during specific bump-in and bump-out times.

We understand how important it is to have everything fully set up before guests arrive and to avoid equipment being packed down while your event is still underway. Our team is happy to work around your venue’s required access times.

Where the required bump-in or bump-out times fall significantly outside the booked hire period, an additional setup, pack-down or waiting fee may apply. Any additional charges will always be discussed and confirmed with you in advance.

Travel & Delivery

Travel within 50km of Canberra to your venue is included at no additional charge. For bookings located more than 50km from Canberra, additional travel charges may apply. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed and confirmed with you before your booking is finalised.

What is a 360° Video Booth?

A 360° Video Booth captures dynamic videos of your guests for an interactive event experience. It is a different option from a traditional Photo Booth, which produces still photos and printed keepsakes.

Is an attendant included?

Yes. Each package includes one professional attendant, unlimited spins during your hire, a choice of song, a custom video overlay, an online video gallery, bollards and LED lighting, plus delivery, setup and collection.

Can the videos include our company branding?

Yes. Your custom overlay can include your logo, event name or messaging. This makes the booth a useful choice for corporate events, product launches and brand activations, as well as personal celebrations.

Is delivery included around Canberra?

Travel to venues within 50km of Canberra is included. Additional travel charges may apply outside that area and will be confirmed before booking. Venue access times can also affect setup or waiting fees, which we discuss in advance.
