Party hire questions
Can equipment be hired individually?
Yes. Choose individual equipment items or combine them to suit your celebration. Ask us for individual-item pricing. The smoke machine is $55 as an add-on to an existing confirmed booking (301), or $85 to hire separately (302). All smoke fluid is included.
How much does equipment hire cost?
Fairy floss and popcorn machine hire is $170 for 2 hours or $225 for 24 hours, with 70 servings included in either package. Extra servings are available at an additional cost. Snow cone machine hire is $170 for 2 hours with flavoured syrup for 50 servings, or $225 for 24 hours with flavoured syrup for 100 servings. Choose up to 3 syrup flavours. Premium speaker and equipment hire is $300 for 4 hours or $400 for 24 hours. Party and disco lights cost extra and are quoted separately. Smoke-machine hire is $55 as an add-on to an existing confirmed booking (301), or $85 separately (302), including all smoke fluid. Delivery and collection, if requested, cost extra.
Can I hire several items together?
Yes. Include all the equipment you’re interested in when you enquire and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
Are ingredients and serving supplies included?
Fairy floss and popcorn packages include 70 servings for either 2-hour or 24-hour hire. Extra servings are available at an additional cost. Snow cone packages include flavoured syrup for 50 or 100 servings respectively, with up to 3 flavours. Ask us to confirm cups, bags, sticks, ice and any other serving supplies when you enquire.
What about collection, delivery and setup?
Pickup is available in Gungahlin. Delivery and collection can be arranged for an additional fee within Canberra, Queanbeyan and Murrumbateman. Include your event suburb when you enquire so we can confirm the arrangements and cost.
